Pelargonium Sidoides, also known in traditional African medicine as umckaloabo, kaloba, or umcka, is an indigenous South African plant that is shown to reduce the duration and severity of the common cold. It is used in traditional medicine to treat lung infections. Pelargonium Sidoides may help to boost the immune system and attack the flu virus.  Rosa Canina (Rosehip) is a natural source of Vitamin C, known to boost the immune system and assist our disease-fighting white blood cells. Rosehip contains high levels of polyphenols, carotenoids, and vitamins C and E, all of which have antioxidant properties to fight free radicals that cause cell damage.
