Find the order & click “Return Item(s)”Go to the order you want to return and click the Return button.

Fill in the return formEnter how many items, the reason, what action you want (replace or refund), a comment if needed, and your pickup address. Then submit.

You will get a Return Request numberAn email will confirm we received your request.

Track your returnGo to your profile and click “Return Requests” to see the status.
