Gauteng = +R 50 per delivery (2-3 working days)
Outside Gauteng = +R 120 (3+ working days)
Free delivery for orders above R600.
- The amount payable for shipping depends on the delivery area for the order and if your order exceeds R600, shipping will be free.
- These fees are determined according to current shipping charges and services and are subject to change by TC Direct (Pty) Ltd.
- TC Direct (Pty) Ltd only ships orders within the borders of South Africa.

- TC Direct has a quality guarantee for its customers on all products
- Customers may contact TC Direct in case of damages/defective/incorrect product received or any product-related enquiries, these queries can be logged via email at [email protected]
- Return must be logged within 14 days of item being delivered. If the complaint is logged after the 14 days no returns will be accepted and reimbursements will not be allowed
- The products returned will be subject to verification
- The item is in a re-sellable condition
- The item being returned qualifies for return
- The item is in its original packaging with labels attached
- No online purchase can be returned or exchanged at our depots. Only online
- Once your return has been logged you will receive an email to confirm that our courier partners will contact you to arrange collection
- Please ensure that the item(s) are packed in the packaging they were received in, or that they are easily identifiable with the inclusion of the order number associated to that item
- Collection and return to our warehouse can take up to 5 working days for Main centres and 10 days for outlying areas from date of logging return
- TC Direct will advise if the credit request has been approved before returning the product
- TC Direct will pay the shipping costs of replacement products in the event that TC Direct was at fault.
- The defective products will be replaced with the same product when the product formed part of a special offer. If not a refund for an item can be requested.
- Products can only be replaced subject to stock availability if stock is unavailable during the time of the return a refund will be processed for the returned item.
- Credits will be made within 7 days of receipt of the returned product and the approval of the return thereof.
- Refunds will be processed via EFT, please take note that refunds are only scheduled in certain time frames. However, the TC Direct admin department will inform the customer when the refund will take place
Note: The organization reserves the right to make amendments to its returns and shipping policy. Customers will be informed via the website of any such change made.
How to Process a Return:
Step 1: Log into the Shop and click on your profile
Step 2: Click on Orders
- Go to the order you want to return something against
- Click on the Return Item(s) button
- Indicate the Qty to return on the item to be returned.
- Select the Return Reason.
- Select the Return Action you require.
- Add in a comment if needed.
- Select your pickup address or enter a new one.
- Submit the Return Request.
Step 5: A Return Request number is generated, and an email sent to acknowledge that Table Charm
received the request.
Step 6: Track your return request in your profile under Return Requests
